BOOKING CONDITIONS
Accomodation (Bungalow - Maxi Caravan)
a) Minimum stay: see price list
b) Arrivals: from 03.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.. Departures: before 10.00 a.m. (09.00 a.m. for groups)
c) The reservation will become valid only after a deposit has been paid and the subsequent "booking confirmation" has been sent by the Management. The deposit should be remitted according to the terms outlined in the "booking offer".
d) The reservation only guarantees the type of lodging and the period of stay. The number of the accommodation will be given on arrival.
e) In case of late arrival, upon notice, reservation will remain valid until 03.00 p.m. the following day.
f) In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded if written notice of the cancellation reaches the Campsite at least 10 days prior to the beginning of the booked period. The sum of € 25,00 will be deduced from the deposit as refund of expenses (per accommodation). If the cancellation comes later, the conditions on point "g" will be applied, with the deduction of € 25,00 (per accommodation) as refund of expenses.
g) In case of anticipated departure, Guests will be charged for the accommodation tariff only (without persons) for every reserved day booked but not used, up to a maximum of 3 days.
h) An inventory of all the equipment and accessories is displayed in each lodging. For any loss or breakages Guests are asked to pay the repurchase value.
The Management reserves the right to replace or repair any equipment which is damaged or lost. Sheets and towels are not provided.
i) The final cleaning of the lodging is not included in the tariff and we ask for a mandatory contribution for the final cleaning: see pricelist.
For this reason at the arrival Guests are asked to lodge a deposit of € 50,00, which will be held as refund of expenses if the lodging is not left in order and clean.
j) Dogs and other pets are not admitted in the accommodations.
k) The Pricelist and the Campsite Regulations form an integral part of the booking conditions stated herein.
Pitches
a) The pitches can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights with free arrival and departure day. In the period 02.08 - 25.08 pitches can be booked for at least 3 nights.
b) Arrival time 12.00-22.00 / Departure time 07.00-12.00 (10.00 for groups)
c) A deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The amount of the deposit, together with the payment modalities and terms of payment, is indicated in the "Booking Offer".
The reservation becomes valid only upon receiving the "Booking Confirmation" by the Management.
d) For reservations with imminent arrival, the Management reserves the right to ask for payment up to the total amount of the stay, which must be paid by credit card before arrival at the campsite.
e) The cancellation of the stay must always be made in writing. In case of booking cancellation, if the written notice is received at least 10 days before the date of arrival, the entire deposit paid will be refunded. If the cancellation is received after this deadline, the entire amount paid for the deposit will be retained.
f) For bookings of only two nights, a deposit equal to the total amount of the stay (excluding the tourist tax) is required, and the payment will be entirely retained even in case of departure after just the first night of stay.
g) Special booking conditions and cancellation policies are applied for group bookings (minimum 4 pitches). A deposit is always required and in case of cancellation, which must always be in writing at least 20 days before the arrival date, the entire deposit will be refunded, except for a cancellation fee of € 20.00 for each canceled pitch. In the case of cancellations in subsequent periods, the entire deposit paid will be retained.
h) In case of late arrival, upon notice, the reservation remains valid until 12.00 o'clock (midday) of the following day.
i) In the event of a shortening of the booked stay, the customer will have to pay the daily price of the pitch and the daily price per person for the days not used, up to a maximum of 2 days.
j) The reservation ensures the type of pitch and the dates of stay. The pitch number will be assigned only at check-in.
k) Dogs are allowed on the pitch, but only in the area reserved for them and must be registered upon booking.
l) The "Price List" and the "Campsite Rules" are part of these "Booking Conditions".
